Safety at Our TCG Events

Creating a fun, inclusive, and safe environment for all players is our top priority. Whether you are a first-time attendee or a seasoned competitor, we want you to feel welcome, respected, and secure at every event we host.

Our Commitment

Safe Spaces: All participants, staff, and spectators are entitled to enjoy the event without harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.

Respect for All: We celebrate diversity and require everyone to treat others with courtesy and fairness.

Zero Tolerance: Abusive language, aggressive behavior, or cheating will not be tolerated.

Player Responsibilities

To help us maintain a safe environment, we ask that all attendees:

Follow the event rules and the official game policies.

Treat fellow players, staff, and judges with respect.

Report any issues or unsafe behavior immediately to event staff.

Keep personal belongings secure and be mindful of others’ property.

Practice good sportsmanship, whether winning or losing.

Judge & Staff Role

Our judges and event staff are here to ensure fair play and community safety. They are trained to:

Enforce tournament rules consistently.

Provide assistance if you feel unsafe or need help.

Address conflicts quickly, fairly, and discreetly.

Buying and Selling Policy

The purchase and sale of cards at this event is permitted only through officially approved vendors. Any buying or selling conducted with individuals or entities that are not designated official vendors is strictly prohibited.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event hall.

Reporting Issues

If you experience or witness behavior that makes you uncomfortable:

Notify a Judge or Event Staff immediately.

If the issue persists, ask to speak to the Head Judge or Event Organizer.

Your privacy will always be respected when making a report.

Health & Safety

Clean Play Areas: Tables, chairs, and shared spaces will be kept clean and safe.

Personal Wellbeing: Stay hydrated, take breaks, and let staff know if you feel unwell.
